Our Service Department performs everything from minor repairs to complete overhauls on all classes of aircraft instruments. All work is performed by skilled, experienced technicians using current FAA approved data and factory or FAA PMA parts. Antique instrument restoration and Metric to SAE conversions are some of our specialties.
Our Process
- Incoming inspections are performed to determine the extent of needed repairs. Customer contact is then established and repair/ overhaul options discussed to avoid surprises.
- After repair/overhaul instruments are run through comprehensive testing to insure performance. Final inspection and performance testing are again accomplished by licensed inspectors before the instruments are returned to service.
Instrument Overhaul Service in house dial shop performs dial restorations on our overhauled instruments as well as dials from many other shops. Custom graphics, colors and logos are also available for panels and dials.
Complete Avionics upgrades and panel restorations are performed by experienced professional installers. Detailed quotes are prepared and discussed with customers to insure expected results.
