Our Service Department is equiped to handle everything from minor repairs to complete overhauls on all your Aircraft Instrument needs. We are experts in Antique Instrument Restorations as well as Foreign Instruments Modification to American Standards. All work is performed on our premises by highly experienced technicians to FAA and Factory Original Standards and are issued an 8130-3 certificate.
All Instruments that come into our Service Center are first inspected for needed repairs and then an estimate is issued. The customer is then contacted for an approval before any repair is performed. Once an approval is received all repairs are then performed in our Instrument Lab to FAA and Factory Standards.
Not all the instruments that come into IOS are in like new condition so some may need a complete refurbishing to make them as they were originally. The IOS Dail Refurbishing department can make exact copies of your original instrument faces down to the exact graphics and colors with our hundreds of templates in stock.
Our experienced technicians can take a complicated mess that resembles your favorite spaggetti diner with wires going in and out in every nook and cranny to a beautifully detailed and finished instrument panel that you would be proud to tell your friends about.

All Instruments that come into our Service Repair Center are tested on our automated systems to find discrepancies and insure that your instruments are calibrated correctly and properly functioning. They are tested and retested to insure they are in perfect operating order before leaving our center
for your safety.
